These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you ("you", "your") and Consolidated Funding Group Pty Ltd (ACN 119 381 832) as trustee for Hesari Business Trust (ABN 23 623 634 518) trading as Fairbanks Financial Group ("Fairbanks", "we", "us", "our") and its related bodies corporate.
By accessing or using our website at fairbanksfinancial.com.au (the "Website"), submitting an enquiry, or engaging our mortgage broking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

We act as an intermediary between you and lenders. We do not make lending decisions — all credit decisions are made by the relevant lender. Our role is to assess your needs, research suitable loan options from our panel of 90+ lenders, and assist you in applying for credit.
14. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be an Australian resident or citizen, or hold an eligible visa (subject to lender requirements)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when requested
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

How We Are Paid
We receive commission from lenders when a loan is settled. Our service to you is free — the lender you choose pays us, not the other way around. Full remuneration details are disclosed in our Credit Guide and Credit Proposal Disclosure Document.
Our Obligations to You
We are required to act in your best interests, assess whether a loan is "not unsuitable" for you, and provide you with a written credit proposal before submitting an application.
Complaints Process
We have an internal dispute resolution process and are a member of AFCA (Membership No. 48367) for external dispute resolution at no cost to you.

Interest rates, comparison rates, repayment figures and other financial data displayed on this website are indicative only and are subject to change without notice. They do not constitute an offer of credit.
Interest Rates
Rates shown are indicative only and based on information available at the time of publication. Actual rates offered by lenders will depend on your individual circumstances, credit assessment, loan-to-value ratio (LVR) and the lender's current pricing.
Comparison Rate Warning
WARNING: The comparison rate provided is based on a loan amount of $150,000 and a term of 25 years. This Comparison Rate applies only to the example or examples given. Different amounts and terms will result in different Comparison Rates. Costs such as redraw fees or early repayment fees, and cost savings such as fee waivers, are not included in the Comparison Rate but may influence the cost of the loan.
Calculator Outputs
Borrowing power estimates, repayment calculations and stamp duty figures generated by our online tools are indicative only. They are not a credit assessment, pre-approval or guarantee of borrowing capacity.
18. Fees & Remuneration
Our mortgage broking service is provided to you at no direct cost. We are remunerated by lenders in the form of commissions when a loan is settled.
Upfront Commission
A one-time payment from the lender, typically calculated as a percentage of the loan amount (usually 0.55%–0.77% incl. GST), paid upon settlement of your loan.
Trail Commission
An ongoing annual payment from the lender, typically 0.15%–0.20% p.a. incl. GST of the outstanding loan balance, paid for the life of the loan while it remains on our books.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, calculators, tools, data and software — is the property of Consolidated Funding Group Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

Our full IDR process — including LMG Resolutions contact details, complaint timeframes (24-hour acknowledgement, 30-day resolution, 21-day for hardship/default notices) and AFCA escalation rights — is set out on our Feedback & Complaints page.
Step 1 — Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR)
Contact us at complaints@fairbanksfinancial.com.au or 1300 187 610. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint online.
Step 2 — External Dispute Resolution (AFCA)
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) — AFCA Membership No. 48367. Contact AFCA at www.afca.org.au or 1800 931 678 (free call). AFCA's service is free to consumers.
Step 3 — Regulatory Bodies
For regulatory complaints, you may also contact ASIC at www.asic.gov.au or the OAIC (for privacy matters) at www.oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Fairbanks Financial Group submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will:
