No. As a referrer, you simply introduce us to your client and we handle all the regulated credit activities. No licence required.
How much can I earn per referral?
Commission rates vary by loan type and size. Your partner manager will walk you through the full commission schedule during onboarding.
Can I track my referrals?
Yes. You get access to a real-time partner portal where you can see every referral's status, expected settlement, and commission amount.
What if my client already has a broker?
No problem — just let us know when you register. We can work alongside existing advisors or take over if your client prefers.
Is there a minimum number of referrals required?
Not at all. There's no minimum commitment. Refer one client or one hundred — the partnership works on your terms.
How quickly do clients get pre-approved?
Most clients receive a conditional pre-approval within 48 business hours of submitting their documents. Urgent cases can be faster.
